Watching your output and saving it, too

Often we want to allow the output of our script or process to scroll by on the screen, and save it at the same time. Output does not have to be either/or when you make use of tee:

$ /usr/local/bin/myscript.sh | tee /tmp/outputfile

...lets you have your cake and eat it, too.
